Dive into a world of inter-species symbiosis with thousands of different microorganisms. Discuss how these microorganisms have coexisted for over 10,000 years, find out how we feed them and how they in return help us to produce our staple food, bread. And of course, get the chance taste delicious bread and analyse flavours, sounds and textures.
