Multi-sensory bread-making workshop
You learn to bake bread here. Even if it's not about baking directly. Together we explore dough and the finished bread as a multi-sensory experience. We dive into the world of pleasure and the inter-species symbiosis with thousands of different microorganisms. We talk about the more than 10000 years old coexistence, how we feed those microorganisms and how they in return help us to produce our staple food bread. And of course we will also taste delicious bread and analyse flavours, sounds and textures.
